Kerri should be qualifying in the top 10 on the gridKerri should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I had a call from someone up there this morning who informed me there were about 22. Not sure about any others from down south but he said there may be a couple from NSW. The short notice is the problem, trying too arrange transport from SA too QLD within a 2 week period isn't easy, but who knows, there might be more before then.
Bruce would love to go up and some arrangements have been made, it is just getting the car up there without the long haul with the 4WD.
Cause I will not be passengering/towing all that way again. If I go I will only have wheels under me for landing.

NO offence to the MX5 racers, but I am sure the Saloons will be much more interesting to the general spectators at QR than the MX5 only racing....

It still baffles me why QR tried to gouge the Biante Series so much on entries........

None taken, hell, I agree! I also think the Biante series is a completely logical choice to support the V8's...
But I'm no decision maker, nor a politician, merely a race fan & a driver with a drive, & I'm sure I speak for all the MX5 & Saloon car drivers when I say hey, the offer's there, let's milk it!!!!!

If anything, these 2 classes will probably put on an even bigger effort because it's been so unexpected!

Hey, if I was racing a lawnmower and got invited to support the V8s, I'd be in it too! Best of luck for the race too mate.

Just to let you know, the MX5's will have 4x10 lap races, 2 on Sat, 2 on Sun, the 2nd races on both day will be around the middle of the day - for a pleasant change a support category won't be racing around in the dark after everyone has gone

Anyone know how the grids for the saloon cars are going?
