Another Blot
The following track is roughly based on the shape of a puddle seen by me next to the kitchen sink while doing the dishes a few days ago. It's meant to be somewhat 6.0 kilometers in length and runs clockwise. I'm not sure yet about elevation changes, but I'd welcome suggestions. It's probably located in an area of "rolling farmland". I haven't yet had the time to come up with a name for the circuit, but it's suited to long distance sportscar racing and the higher formulae.
I've kept the design very basic in my usual parallel lines style, but this time without additional features, so you could call it a "one line design". Enjoy! (btw: there's an optional curve just before the backstraight begins.) |

Let me be the first to say great stuff with your new creation. The inspirations for your designs are odd to say the least. Personally, I wouldn't have that optional curve before the back straight, it's schmicko the way it is. Kudos.

I like it, by the looks of it, it would be very similar to Suzuka to drive with that snaking section. Good work!

I love that shape but 6 km means the track is 50 m wide(!!!) and the straights are more than 1k.
I see lots of blown engines, tires lasting 3 laps and lots of huge accidents and though pretty fun,it makes for a very dangerous track once racers start to push the pace. Those corners are 4 blocks big and can easily be taken at triple digits. I would be scared to ride that thing myself, but on an F1 it may be a different story. |

Luiggi,
Yannick's designs usually makes tracks appear wider than they are meant to be and this is due to the techique he uses. So just imagine the track half as wide |
