Was just considering an entry in DMN for that round - just trying to get confirmation of the last big chunk of prep that's underway to have confidence in the dates. Have missed the planned Easter weekend kick off, but we think we could be testing the following week - in which case this is feasible..

If we entered and then had to pull out nearer the time, could you roll the entry fee onto a later round? Have already entered Mallory as if we miss that we must have big problems so I suspect we won't be out all year..

The new Class A 'Fast n Furious' Rear Wing will be on for the 1st round next weekend though......just considering the sill neons to match

Thanks. It's the axle that's taken some time with us - not wanting to cut the shell about isn't making it easy, but we're nearly there. On the bright side we have worked out that the '09 year of oversteer wasn't due to the suspect front ARB or the moved roll centres from the move to 15" rims after all. Instead it turned out the axle had fatigued and twisted at some point early this year instead. All very obvious when it's dropped out and staring you in the face, but that happens but once a year. So at least that's resolved too.

Anyway, once the axle is sorted (brakes to do - have moved the discs around so you can swap the shafts without having to remove all the brake assembly) we move onto the engine. Couple of tweaks due there, but as I said we're in with half a chance and will be fully up to speed come the end of April.

I've even been up on a step ladder and cleaned the trailer in readiness.

New slicks are sat in the garage, and new wheels to put them on are on order - they'd be with me but Dynamics drilled them with the wrong stud config in the final hours. Doh!

No picnic tables for us - we're keeping her as original as we can so it can go back to various configs over a weekend with the engines from various crates and matching parts racks. Group 1, TTRS/93/CSCC etc.

I have another shell which will have arches put on it, and maybe we'll migrate this CT/DMN specific stuff over there so I have two distinct spec RX cars ready at any one time (1 Prod, 1 Mod) at year end, but one thing at a time and all that..
