ERC Rounds 9 and 10, Poland + Czech
So its almost the end of 2010 and it feels like its only just begun.
Shame for Liam in Germany, he would have won if not for the first corner clash and from there I think he would have had the momentum to take the title! I think he will still be there for second though! The last two rounds always seem pretty hectic! Which Brits are racing over there do we know? |

Mats Lysen will drive the Walfridsson Renault Clio in the CzechRepublic. "I can not affect my position in the Championship table so much. So when Mats wanted to test the car, to feel their way a bit for next year's season, I thought it was a good idea," says Walfridsson in a statement.

It looks like Eklund and his "student" will also race in Poland AND Czech Republic. Would be great!

Isachsen champion for the 2nd year, Timerzyanov champion in Div 1a and Tohill leads the championship in Div 2.
Liam is back to 2nd as well. Thanks for the link, great to watch the finals live. |

Haha, great driving by Liam yet again passing people where it seems they cant compete, and even Kenny saying he is driving the car in a way that he find difficult!
Isachsen not at all happy about the contact in turn 1, but for me bioth ways, Sverre was pushing off the line and Liam gave him room into 1, then as the C4 was setting up for 2, the car got away a little and nerfed Sverre, bit of a racing one for me and not intentional. Not like Eriksson who yet again got his just deserts! I think Holte though might be a little aggrieved, was a bit rough with him!! |

1996 was the last time such a rivalry engrossed the rallycross world, question now is how long till the old has to roll over |

Ha, great poster.
I got to agree with Chunder (*gulp*), I didn't think that Liam did much wrong, if anything. Sverre pushed him a bit wide on the first corner and then there was just a bit of contact under braking and Sverre lost out. That's racing. Rallycross.hu has some good foottge. It also has some good interviews, and I suspect that the amount Sverre is smiling suggests it's a bit tongue in cheek. Hopefully Liam can beat him at Sosnova too! Look forward to a British ERC Champ in 2011 |

"Some rivalries never die"
Isn't that an exaggerated remark in case of Isachsen and Doran? |

Study the picture in more detail my friend and then think back, what was the biggest rivalry in rallycross
Its a bit of a crystal ball moment towards the 2011 season too |

Art. 279.3.11 reads: Transmission Any sensor, contact switch or electric wire on the four wheels, gearbox or front, middle or rear differentials is forbidden. Only one sensor for displaying the ratio engaged is authorised on the gearbox, on condition that the sensor+electric wire+display assembly is completely independent of the engine control system.
