ae86 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
toyota starlet KP41 with 137E (3K-R) engine

hi There

is there any one that have any info regarding this cars/engines

have the KP41 ever raced out side Japan ? do it have a FIA homoligation ?

the engine is a 1300ccm 16V version off the k3 engine on mek injection and there should be made 20 heads ?

any one ever see one ?

do they still race ?

Can,t find any trace of Homologation for the KP41 model .
KP31 & KP47 types were listed in 1971 & 1973 .

small mistake it is a KP47

The KP47 model is Homologated as no. 5536 . The 3K engine is listed as an option variant [ but not sure in what capacity , seems to be 1166 cc].
The twin cam 16 valve head is a Gp 2 option , along with the arches & bodywork etc.
I cannot see any fuel injection kit listed with it .
