Yes it's late but just won tickets for the race (searching myself on the net allready too)

At this stage Liege is probably your best bet - which is not too far if you've got a car. Hotels there as of this evening (when I booked) had plenty availability. Looking closer, unless you've got some magic inside track I think you might be out of luck.

Have been following GT1 for years on TV and internet, and still love them. Fell in love back then and never loved them less. (well as a student money is always the problem luckaly I won tickets

Hey there Kingkai,as stranger points out,why not put up your tent trackside or at the campingsite of ehr...Hm,I allways forget the name of the place,it's in the small village near the gasstation. White building,has a nice café,a restaurant,a hotel and a small campsite behind it...come on now...

Malmedy is theplace to stay, good restaurants, cheap hotels, good bars and close to the circuit, in fact you could walk if you where brave!

My son and I slept in the car parked in the woods above La Source. Parking 3 I think it is.
Not brilliant, but 10 Euro for the whole weekend was fine by me.

There were LOTS of folks with those '2 second' tents all around the circuit, obviously going to sleep trackside.

I have to say, Spa are VERY relaxed about this kind of thing.
Try doing THAT in the UK!!!

The thing is it is not allowed either at Spa to camp out. But as they are such a lazy bunch of people, they just don't bother.
