Same as in '02 - MGOC Maestro, and Mighty Mini.
Additionally, I'll be competing in the 24hr 2CV race at Snetterton. |

Chris, over Christmas we considered entering the 24hr 2CV race. It looks a great event and so much fun. However it was dropped when we realised that it was Le Mans weekend!
Maybe next year... (will it always be on that weekend?) What will I be in? Again the same as last year, although with a different colour scheme! It has already had it's first race of the year. Silverstone with my Dad driving. Here it is, I'm not out in it till April... |

Lola, the car looks great.
Is that the original engine cover of have you altered it? I note the Michelins. Are they (F Renault) radials on eights and tens? if so, what have you done to the suspension settings? |

Yes the 29th ooppps
The Michelins are radials on eights and tens but from a European F3 series (second hand ). They were not as expensive as new Avons. The engine cover is as i bought it.....ish. Just had to blank a hole in one side and cut the other open for the carbs, as the fueling for an 8v F3 VW is on the other side to a 16v road engine. As for set up.....not telling Last edited by Lola; 17 Mar 2003 at 22:11. |

I'm back in the Ford Saloons for my third season. This time with a proper race engine! Won't be a full season though due to the extortionate costs this year...

We should maybe be seeing you up at Knockhill then Andy? (I think it's later in the year when the Northern Saloon & Sportscars visit, are you planning on making the trip up?)
PS - I'm just a fan with a big camera... |

I am making my racing return after a 10 year retirement. I will be competing in Improved production in a series 2 Rx7. The car is a mate of mines who is lending it to me. He has purchased a better Rx7, so i will use the old one. It has a 13b brigdeport using a webber carby (the good car gets the fuel injection). I will be racing at wakefield park for the first time.http://www.wakefieldpark.com.au/site/frameset.cfm
I am looking forward to it so much, i cant wait. Im off on the weekend to put the motor and box in the car, so i will let you all know how it goes. |

I'm making my return to racing after two years off getting muddy (rallying). On the 6th April in the Uniroyal Team Challenge, its a one off drive but I'm not ruling out doing more rounds of that series. My special is behind schedule but I'll have it out at some SEMSEC rounds this year and maybe put a cage in one of the Golfs and do a bit of BARC SE stuff or maybe highway saloons
