I'm beginning to have a good idea who you are now...

P.S. you don't live up to your username at all.

So, back to the interesting stuff. What are the predictions for Pembrey? Here are mine:

Div 1

Manning
Mad Mark
Grant

Div 1a

Hal must be confident about winning this...!

Procar 2000

Simpson
Baines
Ewin (sorry, SB, but it's a left hooker otherwise I'd have put you first!)

Supernational

Turpin
Collins
Power

Procar 1600

Hall
Simpson
Hamlett

Juniors

Flynn
O'Brien
Thom

Mincross

Thorndyke
Wakeling
Knowles

Revivals

Gooding (seems likely, anyway!)

BTRDA Stock Hatch

Where the hell is everyone for this? Paul Smith the only regular stock hatch competitor? Surely some mistake? Horton? Martin? Brown? Johnston?

Well, that's an extremely long list and, this being rallycross, if any of that's right I'll set fire to my beard.

Anyone else?

Ok, I've already had an answer for the BTRDA stock hatch question, apparently the main contenders are all taking their dropped score on this round, because it's close to other events and it would mean three trip to Pembrey if they went.

Thanks to Bigted for the explanation, and it seems a pretty good reason to me! Hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend's rallycross, might see some of you up there.

You would think that one or two of the higher running BTRDA Stockhatch might put in a late entry and pick up some fairly easy points.

Dave, We have done 5 meetings in 2 months 1 week. I have run out of magic beans that pay the mortgage and so has dave and ric.
Dave was going to miss out on the last blyton but as ric and myself decided that we were going to miss pembrey due to travel costs he decided to join us, as its far more fun when we are all there competing.

with everything chucked in, as you know rarely is there any change from £700 per meeting and with 5 meets within a 2 pay cheque run its become too much.

I think the 9 meets with 2 dropped rounds is great but we need to spread them out a little better (nobodys fault). hopefully this may happen next year.

See you at Lydden when the beer tokens may be running a little free'er

Well said mate.this would be round six for us and that would mean a bill of 4200 pounds spent up to date. This break means that me dave and daz can save some beans for the last three rounds. It also means my car can have some loving spent on it .its starting to look rough and needs some body work doing to keep it looking good.see you all there at lydden in august. talking of beer daz, have you been dancing to anymore irish music

Your car has been a bit rough Ric, starting to sound like a "tool-box" of spanners since blyton

Thanks Ric for advertising that the irish jig when under the influence can cause personal injury. now go back down the motorway to blyton and pick up all those lost spanners and sockets.

Where have all the Revivals cars gone ?

Simple answer -

One MR2 was badly damaged at Excel and is currently being rebuilt and should be back out before the end of the year. The other MR2 (the original MR2) has been sold to a Finnish driver.

Seem to remember Dom Yates couldn't make this weekend in the AX. Both Dean Jones and Stuart Coldron are now racing in the Modifieds. Glenn Guthrie in his Golf has gone back to Autocross.

Can't answer whats happened to the Minis of Lance Foster and John Heath. Anyone ??

Well, unfortunatelly i'm having to pull out.
Had the car on the rollers for final tweeks this morning and turbo has just dropped it's guts

Just made the calls, but can't get a replacment in time. This job of trying to get a supercar up is really starting to test me to the limit!!!

The good news (if you can salvage any) was that the car is generating really impressive power and torque, so at least we should be on the pace when we finally do get out.
