Ho Pin Tung with Hytech ?
Wasn't Ho Pin Tung supposed to race British Formula 3 with Hytech ?
If he's not where will he race ? |

Hitech (with an 'i') appear to be fully booked on the driver front with Bridgman and Asmer. Their involvement with GP2 means they're not running more than 2 cars in British F3 this year, though I stand to be corrected.
Don't know why anyone should be all that interested in him though - his Asian FBMW championship-winning year was hardly followed by anything stellar in German F3. |

Whats happening with your man Andy T Mathias? Haven't heard much on him since he tested with the Techspeed BTCC team before Xmas, although didn't he do some development work with Promatecme/Lola?

Ah, I have an exclusive on all that. Actually, it's not all that exclusive, as the bare bones are in this week's Autosprout: he's doing the Sebring 12 hours with IN2 Racing's Porsche GT3-RSR later this month (apologies for mentioning tin-tops in a single-seaters forum, by the way). We've got some more details on that a-coming, but you'll have to visit the-website-that-cannot-be-named for that. Probably sometime on Monday.
He did do some work with Promatecme-Lola, and Chris Weller offered him the F3 drive, but the finances didn't stack up. He's got lots of alternative options open to him at the moment, so we expect an interesting 2005. |
