I made it a point to tune into Speedvision tonite at 8:00 just to see what was going to happen when it changed over to Speedchannel. I can tell you that I almost started crying. If you saw it, then you already know where that channel is going to have it's main focus. That's right, you guessed it, NASCAR
Then I sat and tried to understand what those 3 jerks for NASCAR were talking about. They are worse than those guys that did the American broadcast for the F1 race this year.
After I dried my eyes so I could see the TV I looked at the guide to see what was in store for me the rest of the week and here is what I have to look forward to, this is just some of the shows:
NASCAR Preview
NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series
NASCAR Tech
NASCAR Past Champions
Totally NASCAR
See my point Where is all of the F1 shows, Ralley Shows, ect. Why cant they show old F1 races, old Rally Car Races ect. I know that some of you are already thinking, Well they are showing the Rally Car Races right now, and soon they will be showing F1 races. What happens when our season is over, what are they going to compensate us with?
Is this channel jumping on the NASCAR money bandwagon, dare I say no!
Sorry if I have made some of you mad, but you could see this happening way before Speedvision changed over.

Sorry, just a joke. Welcome F1FAN. Although I enjoy NASCAR, I too am upset by a shift of emphasis away from road racing. Some months ago I sent Speedvision an email asking them not to become "All NASCAR, all the time". They must not have received it.
