You could come out this year, the cap doesn't include your salary.

Thundersports should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I must have missed something have you Gordon REALLY retired? I'm sad if its true as you have been a driver i've enjoyed watching since a child at Brands in the early 80's. Are you still fixing cars as I used to be the chap on the end of the phone when you wanted an exhaust!

And that sums up the way most of us think. Although the 80's bit would be stretching it for most of us.

That should make Gordon feel even younger.

Well, I believe much of the field using EBC greenstuff so should be OK. Car is massively overbraked anyway (Type 16's from a Mk5 Cortina on something that weighs half the weight at 550kg!)

My damage costs are pretty huge anyway - people keep making me crash.....

Greenstuff's fine. It's the supposedly more durable compounds that seem to be the problem with EBC. Anything heavier than 800kgs seems to turn them to weetabix.

Diiferent usage, I'd use them on a road car like the MG where short bursts low heat are the norm. for comp use they need to keep hot and as Chris says, they go like weetabix.
