Ah, understood. Why is he still listed in the points table though if he's not eligible? Is he still eligible for anything this season, or is it purely a development programme for next year?
Also, if Jackson is still earning points, could Jordan make a 'permanent' move to a Vectra considering the final two meetings are at venues that the Honda is expected to struggle at (not quite so much at Brands admittedly)?

(Not trying to be arsey, just to imrove my understanding of eligibility)

I expect the actual solution would sit with Alan Gow's intention to showcase NGTC, therefore he might decide to penalise someone moving to legacy equipment (although that's a further debate over S2000/NGTC competitiveness).

Jackson is still eligible for the title as he's made the permanent switch like auroan said. If he were to switch back, then you'd have an eligibility issue.

It reminds me of BMW switching to the old-spec cars in the WTCC at Brands a few years back. A decision which backfired in the long run.

I suspect this was a just a bit of propoganda from Eurotech, similar to the rubbish Steve Neal spouts now and again about being unhappy with rules, purely for column inches and to get the attention of Chairman Gow.

If you can print out the booking confirmation that is a big help. They ask for some form of ID, eg driving licence
