Then who ran the Falken R34? Was it M-Sport?

No, it was operated by team Shift.
However, the present SGT team Shift is a different company. Old team Shift was liquidated a business. And the new team Shift succeeded only the name. |

I think Falken also ran a Supra at the ring back in 2000.

nah, they werent GT300 or GT500 versions:
Falken N24 GTR Falken N24 350Z There was this NSX that looked like a JGTC/SuperGT version...im not sure if underneath it was an actual SuperGT spec car, or if it was just the external body parts though... JGTC lookalike N24 NSX |

Would be keen to see the Supra thar Falken raced supposedly. From memory the Honda NSX was not a SGT car, it just had SGT inspired aero |

This NSX uses the GT500 chassis. However, it does not use the pure GT500 engine because of the shortage of engine life. Instead, GT500's engine block and GT300's engine parts are used, 400hp is generated. http://www.honda.co.jp/NSX/nurburgri...report_01.html |

EDIT: according to this results page, the Sport Auto NSX "GT450" qualified on pole in its class and was in the lead at the 6th hour, but then it dropped off drastically after that and eventually didnt finish... 2004 N24 Results Last edited by The IC; 26 Oct 2013 at 12:44. |

Here you go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahynixRDFj4
Apparently it was an actual GT500 chassis, using the same 2 liter turbo engine. I think the Nissans that Falken ran were based on Super Taikyu spec. |

Super GT's would be way fast on the ring. They probably had a good deal of ballast on that nsx?

Speaking of the NSX, AS-web.jp is reporting the new NSX will make demo runs on the 3rd of November at the final round Motegi.
