If Pons get a four-stroke this season, I hope Barros gets it. Then we'll finally see him take a win this year.
Silly move it was though, and robbed Jacque of a possible victory. |

Having just watched the replay of the race, that was the best chance the two-strokes had of winning, as Rossi was certainly beatable yesterday. Both Barros and Jacque were both racing well, and made the most of their oppurtunities.
The move by Barros was silly though, was going too fast into the first corner and just locked up and took Jacque with him. If he hadn't, Jacque probably would have won. |

True, but Rossi had not been able to get past Jacque all race at his normal passing spot (Turn 13? Second to last turn anyway) and both Jacque and Barros would have done ANYTHING to stop him!
Rossi was handed the race on a silver platter. |

While Rossi was handed the race on a plate, the win could have gone to any of those three if it wasn't for...well, you all saw.

Rossi Admitted that he had 'given up' and then Alex Barros with a bullet (perferably to the head) |

I'd have to agree with Asha regarding Barros,The race was certainly Oliviers, and a stroker was going to win it for a change instead of a diesel.
But a awesome race anyway, bit more interesting than Rossi just following them around till he gets bored and then passing for the win. |

Have to agree with that,I reckon Rolfo had that one,and of course Porta had a failure as well while leading a while back!

Porto probably would have won in Britain had his engine not failed. He was looking very comfortable out front and was certainly as fast as Nieto and Melandri.
Rolfo was clearly robbed of a first grand prix win in Germany. Rain or not, Melandri did fall off by himself and Rolfo had a clear run to the finish. Damn rain! |
