Who are the best 3 bike racers in the world?
I know its hard to compare MotoGp to Superbikes, as the classes are so different, but, and you can name 3, who do you think are the best?

Dunno about best 3, but the Doctor would beat anyone at any type of bikesport. Even Jeremy McGrath would look second best in a motocross race.
Rossi is quite simply a genius. The best since Agostini. |

Top 3 in the world, eh? OK, Rossi, Ricky Carmichael (who's not on your poll) and Nicky Hayden (who's also not on your poll.)

Actually, I don't know how you can Hayden is top 3 when he's yet to venture on the international scene, which is the proving ground for the best talents. When he's consistently beating the likes of Rossi in MotoGP or Bayliss/Edwards in WSBK, then you can claim he's top 3 material.
As for RC, are we also mixing dirt biking with road racing? (Serious question) |

Since RC is a 'bike racer', then YES! But, I see your point on Hayden. I'd like to see Matt Mladin on that poll as well....

the poll could go on forever - put mikael pichon in there aswell, or stefan everts....
 would luv to see RC on the world tour - but he probably wouldnt earn the money that he earns in the US

The 20 AMA guys would smoke the world guys on the world tour. But, I do want to see Boillay (sp?) get a shot in America! BTW, I can't wait till Nicky Hayden goes World Super Bike racing!
