For me, it reaffirms the fact that the #3 Rebellion has consistently outperformed the #1, despite the #1 being peddled by the perceived stronger driver line up, at both Spa and Le Mans, through practice and qualifying, as well as the races. The chassis in the hands of the #1 crew is the newer chassis, which carries some updates over the first chassis built. I'm wondering what these updates were, and if they have affected performance detrimentally. I guess that's a question for Bart... Or has there been an explanation which I've missed? |

LMP2 Appeal
Since G-Drive and TDS appealed their disqualifications for fuel rig anomalies in June, there hasn't been much more said about the matter.
The only recent update to this saga I can find is an article from the 20th July indicating the final decision would be made in September. https://racer.com/2018/07/20/final-d...-in-september/ As we're now in September, does anyone know when the decision is expected (bearing in mind it will determine the LMP2class winner). |

Nope. But I'll bet Graham will report it as soon as it's known.

Over 15 weeks after the race...... Seems like the correct decision but why do these things have to take so long......?

Wasn't the Jag XJ220 exclusion in 1993 confirmed in November or so?
