Robin Plummer should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I note that in tractor pulling the fittment of multipe aircraft engines to drive the rear wheels is common. Does any one have any info on these engines and their power outputs etc? Or maybee a website?

If you were using jet it would burn too much fuel and would take full trottle to get decient acelleration, unless you have a afterburner. Turbine would be more fuel efficient, but would take time to produce the rmps. Aircraft piston engines are to bulky.

DEacceleration is also a problem with turbine engines. That's why their racing applications have been in tractor pulls and the Indy 500 (Granatelli's STP car).

Where's Franklin when you need him?

Funnily enough, Neil, he's making the exact same point over at 7G!
