Some interesting stats on championships won per team:
8 - DJR 8 - 888 6 - HRT 6 - GMS 4 - HDT 3 - SBR Should DJRTP win this year's title, it will put them one title ahead of 888, and at the top of the tree. |

Arguably doing better than Johnny Rutherford who found the transition from Indycar to RHD Torana so disconcerting he tried to change gears with the window winder when he crested Skyline.

Ooh. That's left of field. Goes a way to explaining Mr Webb's bizarre behaviour.

Noticed Mr Webb and Mr Le Brocq standing well apart on the grid during the pre-race fanfare.

Hasn't grown his stature in my mind, no matter what he does next year. Or is this like Fred Gibson's ownership of 00? |

I'd suggest Will Davison was worthy of a top ten gong, maybe in place of Chaz.

I think that he would do quite well given a full season

Having spoken to him, co driving for 888 literally ticks all the boxes. When he gets in the car, he wants to win. I think he made a, silk purse of out of a sow's ear.
Better go win some races with Penske or 888 if you are good enough rather than wobble around the mid pack. |
