And then there was one....
CART is indicating that the remaining members of its board of directors have resigned, save Chris Pook. The article also states that operations are being wound up quickly. Here's hpoing all goes well at the upcoming court date....

I thought that OWRS had stipulated Pook resign the day before the bankruptcy filing?

I find that strange, too, macdaddy. Pook is out as president and CEO and still a board member....because they don't have any others, I guess, or they're still throwing him under the bus for their problems.

Interestingly, this article is no longer listed on the news page at cart.com, you have to search through the "corporate" archive to find it. I guess someone decided that bad news doesn't belong on the company's home page. As usual though cart acted first....and thought later. Here's to the future with new management! It can't get any worse..right???

It ran as a small, one-paragraph item in the Sports section... |
