Usually the GT4 races are streamed live here http://gt4series.com/ so there is a chance that this race might be streamed live too.

Asked that question to the GT4-series twitter-account. They said there'd be no live streaming.

I find it utterly bizarre how this series still doesn't stream..

Ahh thats a shame, i had hoped that considering the British GT series actually has live TV coverage for this event that the GT4 series would be able to stream too.

First practice session in the book. Interesting to see that the British GT4s are on average quite a bit faster than the EU teams.

Had another canny day out yesterday for the Brit GT series plus supports at Silverstone, was very surprised to see so many spectators there and too see how busy the paddock was.

Anyway heres my vid n pics:

Interesting that a number of cars decided to take 1 of their 3 mandatory stops under the SC.

Conditions are awful, cars are aquaplaning in a straight line but they are using a snatch tractor just off the racing line.

Or for drivers to just adapt to the circumstances.

Anyway, great racing, the excitement was right up there with the Blancpain GT race last month.

This should have been shown live on ITV4 or similar. MotorsTV now next to pointless unless you have Sky. I only stayed for about 7 laps, got soaked and went home!

Yikes, that sounds awful. I've always been amazed there aren't more failures on those gates, but I guess it does happen occasionally.

Four additional GT3 entries for the Spa round announced today by DSC, 2x Grasser cars, 2x Black Falcon cars:

Grasser #19 - Ronald Holling / Michele Beretta

Grasser #63 - Hunter Abbott / Rolf Ineichen

Black Falcon #57 - Oliver Morley / Dani Juncadella

Black Falcon #58 - Abdulaziz Al Faisal / Miguel Toril

Curious how these high calibre efforts compare to the more pro-am orientated teams in BGT.

They may well just sit at the back of the GT3s and use the races as test runs though I guess

British GT Twitter account reports that the race at SPA will be live streamed on http://25hours.vwfuncup.eu/ but from watching the BRDC British F3 race it seems to be only CCTV shots

Scrap my predictions of black falcon and Grasser sitting at the back testing, looks like they are going for a win.

Thanks for sharing the stream, hopefully soon BGT will learn the power of live stream and YouTube like their SRO owners already do...

British GT 2016

Team Abba are out for the weekend as they had a rear crank oil deal fail and they can't find a replacement in time.
