mini racing
Looking for a race series / or champship thats cheap building mini is over half complete should be ready by jan 2008.need regs etc to comply with live south east.

Depending on the year of the car and the spec you can have 40mins racing & 30 min qualifying sessions with the Classic Sports Car Clubs Swinging 60's Series or TinTops Series where you can share the driving with a mate and make your racing even more value for money. Thanks had a quick look, Looks ok will have to go in tin tops dont know what year mini was made it runs a 1340cc engine dont know any else about the engine.

It would be eligible for BARC south east tin tops (if it runs on list 1A or 1B tyres) or DMN if it runs on slicks. We are trying a "up to 1400cc" Mini class within our sports/saloon series this Saturday, October 6th, at Lydden.

Thanks Rod the fiesta will be in tintops and dmn next year as all most finished rebuild may have to change engine yet.But we wanted something away from barc for the mini a change away doing something new.

You could run the Mini at SEMSEC meetings (mostly Lydden), there are quite a few Minis that pitch up for those so you'll have something to play with.
