I don't think many people will be surprised if the Bentley gets a podium position. They have a good driver line-up and the winning engine from last year (or a version of it...)
My own favourites for each class are: LMP900 - The Johanssen 'Gulf' Audi, classic paint scheme, wears a Union Jack. LMP675 - Barbour Reynard Judd - the 3.4l V8 should be the best engine in class. GTS - Anyone's guess. I'll be rooting for one of the British entered Saleens. GT - A Porsche I'll be cheering the PK Sport #60 car, and the Callaway just because it's not a 911 (and has Vauxhall Tigra rear lights). Thanking you. |

I 'd doubt if Oreca could win. audi have already shown there is work to be done and with the Audi's reliability it looks almost impossible. I say Audi 1 2 with Bently 3 Gulf 4 Oreca 5 Champion 6 Bently 7 then Panoz 8. 675 will be the Judd or the DBR car , GTS will be a Saleen [ if reliable ] and a 996 will win GT as there has been too little race time for the callway.

I think that I would agree with Pink69. Assuming a fairly standard race. Wet weather may favour other cars but I fear another Audi walkover. Bentley may prove to be a force to be reckoned with judging by testing results, any flaw in the possibly tired, well raced Audi's may prove to be Bentley's joy.
Should Bentley win it would prove to be an almost impossible victories / races ratio record for any team nowdays to beat. 1 Audi 2 Audi 3 Bentley 4 Audi 5 Courage 6 Bentley 7 Panoz 8 Courage 9 Saleem 10 Porsche At least 1 Audi MUST fail and so let a fast charging Bentley onto the podium at the end Simon |

Whatever Audi Capello is in. Followed by all the other Audis. Those Panoz 7s are dogs. I bet they don't even finish. sad but true.
I pick the Saleens to show well, too. |

True Liz, the Panoz's are not too reliable, and most likely won't make it to the finish. Being an Australian, I'd like to see David Brabham to win, but I won't be holding my breath. Realistically, It will be an Audi that wins.

Realistically, it will be an Audi. My prediction is that the # 1 car with Biela, Pirro and Kristensen will win, but I'm completely neutral for this one and plan just to enjoy it.
WAHEYYYYYY - it's this weekend already!! |

Dark horses
My pick to win is the MG of A. Reid.
I have figured out that with fewer stops, and the pace that they can run, the MG can win. Reliabilty is of course the real question. Kurt Maxwell Carmel,IN. |
