LOST...racing cherry
Done my very first race yesterday at Oulton Park.
BARC HQ Championship Sports Saloons. I was a reserve but due to an incident manage to get on the grid, manage 3 race laps before the race was stopped and finished by another red flag. Came 27th out of 29 (ok 28th and 29th DNF), but had a great fun and enjoyed the experiance, stroll on the 21st of June back at OP |

Well done Pit Ball, loved the title of your post, gave me a bit of a giggle!
I am there on the 21st with the CTCRC in the Pre-93 event in the black IROC-Z, what event/car are you racing in? Be sure to come over and say hello. |

Thanks guys, I can't remember the last time I got up at 4am, I can remember going to bed at that time tho
Talking time I have put my entry form in nice and early so shouldn't have the worry of being a reserve on June 21st |

Well done! I saw your car going 'round. Saw "Pit Bull" on the back of it, and never quite managed to put 2 + 2 together until just now
Lucky for getting on the grid, but unlucky for only getting a few laps before the next red flag. That afternoon had more bits of red cloth waving around than a day at the bull ring. You guys, the FRenaults, the Migs/Se7ens, and the karts too. A bit odd considering the weather was largely dry. |

Seing as Oulton is your local track, pray tell us when you have done the perfect lap,I am still trying after god knows how many years at Brands, that being my local and favorite.
And also it wouldnt bother me one wit to get up at 4am,drive to one of those northern places and back in a day,may wack Tim a bit with all that driving but my big old Citroen C5 is ideal to sleep in. |

So if you are sleeping in the C5 (excellent car by the way, a mate of mine has one) why would you need to get up at 4am :-). I will also be sleeping in the Hotel de la Chevy Blazer BTW and sorry to wander off topic Pit Bull.
