Donington to hold the GP from 2010
Breaking news at 12.00 4th July 2008 that Donington will be holding the British GP from 2010 "because Silverstone isn't up to standard"!!!
I mention the date because I had to check to make sure it wasn't April Fools Day. They do say that Donington is not currently up to scratch and will need a complete overhaul - including lengthening the track. Sounds more like they'll have to raze it to the ground and completely rebuild. I just find this incredible news. Unless, of course, it is Bernie "playing politics". |

Dashes, you beat me to it!
I thought a work mate was pulling my leg when he told me. Great news that there will be a British GP in 2010. Wonder if the marshals campsite will be on a hill?
