PhergAthor should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
In previous years he was looking to switch to modern/ERC legal machinery. With Lydden back on the calender I think drivers like Gibson and Ollie will search for a car to race there. Maybe they will buy something, maybe they will hire a car.

Ollie can still use the 306 in the ERC till December 31 2010, according to its homologation – plus four years eligibillity for international RX events. Another two full ERC seasons…

That's a surprise - I thought the flat floor would rule the 306 out?

I do not know about the technical state of his 306. I just wanted to point out that a Pug 306 16S (Homologation no A5510 or A5576) can be used in the ERC for another two years.

I hope the person who buys the 6R4 continues to use it for Rallycross. 60K seems reasonable for such a sucessful high speced car.

Yes I was of the opinion that this made the 306 inelligble too as JMC had considered ERC outings when he was owner of the car but was advised it was inelligble for the same reason?

Yes, he should find a rallycross buyer at that price surely? It is one of the sport's iconic cars. I've seen stock 6R4s advertised for more than that. Or perhaps noone has any cash left after the credit crunch?
