Location - Homestead-Miami Speedway

Date - Saturday, October 10th

TV Schedule - Saturday, October 10th - 4pm Eastern - Versus

Course Type - 1.5 Mile Oval

Distance - 200 Laps / 300 Miles

Qualifications - Friday - October 9th - 4:30pm Eastern

This is the season finale so Im posting it early. Its kind of sad. The last IndyCar race of the year. It went quick. It should be a good one.

Oh man, thats not good. Better stay away from all forums, internet, radio, and TV if you dont want to spoil the race for you.

Im having a small party of race buddies over to watch it. House will be decked out in my indycar and danica banners of course.

Right now I have Indianapolis Motor Speedway plates on my car, I have Danica plates on order for next year.

Up here in the great white North (not yet) TSN have relegated it it TSN2 so I will not see it.
Most races that Versus show have been put on TSN2 which the majority of Cdns. do not subscribe to. If it is on ABC, TSN show it. Even Edmonton was on TSN2.
Like many Cdns. I will not pay extra to get a channel I would not watch otherwise and actually my satellite Co. packages it with several other channels I do not want at a fairly hefty fee.
Way to lose Cdn. fan base IRL.

Yeah Yannick, normally you can watch in on indycar.com. They broadcast practices & quals for free and if you are a member of IndyCar Nation you can watch it for free on Race Control, also on indycar.com

i always post the live feed on justintv.com but i won't be home this weekend to post it, i will try and get one of my lazy room mates to post it
if not, like other posters have said try indycar.com and if the live video doesn't work you could always say Ich hasse dich.

Will be on a sleep/work/sleep/work schedule for the whole weekend so I won't have much time for internet or TV, and i doubt my top 40 radio station is gonna exclaim who the winner of the race is for the whole weekend

True. Our local radio station and newspaper is pretty much worthless when it comes to the IRL coverage. I cover more in-depth analysis of the IRL year round on my radio show and on the forums/websites than they do.

I thought these statistics made this race even more interesting. This is how the top 3 championship contenders have done this year on 1.5 mile ovals, like Homestead-Miami Speedway is.

Thanks for the info, DanicaFan...I was wondering where Lazier was...I picked him for "Slowest Qualifier" in the "Pick 'Em" contest, and was hoping that they would still be able to make the show in quals when he didn't run this morning.

No problem. They were adding vinyl to it to get the sponsor right. They just got started on this, this morning. It probably wont be the best looking car up-close.
