HSCC Alfa boys fundraising at the Birkett

Maybe not strictly Historic Racing but 6 intrepid Alfa pilots from HSCC 70s Roadsports and Historic Touring Cars have banded together as "Squadra Lumacone" to dodge the Radicals and Caterhams and hopefully have fun at the Birkett 6 hour relay at Silverstone on 29th October.

PS the team name means "Team Slowcoach" which sums up the likely grid position, large mirrors have been ordered and if we haven't got a car still going at the end we have 6 of us to push...

The Birkett always merits attention in this forum. I've been several years running; might even try again this year, if the weather forecast isn't too dire!

And the Pesky Imps will also be out again at this great event - last year we started last on the grid though we did slightly improve on this in the race and quite a bit on handicap.

We had no trouble with the faster cars last year but watch out for the stock hatch guys...
