Decent foot pump anyone?

Does anyone know where I can get a good well made durable foot pump for my racers tyres?
I've gone through several the last couple of years. Draper, Michelin (badged), Sealey. All complete rubbish. Worst on all of them is the universal bent tin and plastic crap connector they all use that leaks after a dozen uses. I know use a PCL connector - sorted for £10. But now the current one leaks where the crappy gauge is connected to the barrel manifold and it's not a renewable fitting. I don't want an electric one that runs my car battery down. I just want a well made foot pump. Any leads? Maybe I need to peruse the autojumbles...

I've never had any problems such as you descibe and I've used a Halfords badged Sealey for years.

Try this one perhaps - bit better built: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HEAVY-DUTY...item1e6e73257c

Retro Foot Pump

Have to confess I like the idea of the retro refurbished Dunlop pump. I see there are a couple of sites for people who sepcialise in them. Can't beat a bit of brass and cast iron! Thanks for the feedback!
