Bottas did a great job, but Jenson Button is a good choice too. McLaren seem to have made improvements, but he was way in front of Magnussen and held onto a 4th.

Daniel Ricciardo, for his sheer pace and brilliance, 37 laps on his 2nd stint isn't too shabby, and a big thanks to Alonso too because he wouldn't of been on the podium, great driving by the Spaniard to hold off the German, and also well done to the British guy that won.

Bottas, but great job by Fred, onboard shows how difficult the Ferrari is to drive. Sorry for Massa, top 6 or 7 even with the bad start.

Button, for hopefully getting Ron Dennis to focus on revamping the things he needs to revamp.

Bottas from me too, for coming back from 14th......Can't say that Lewis did a bad job, though, after his monumental error yesterday.....

To quote Highlander - "There can be only one!" - Bottas! Great drive from 14th to 2nd in the Williams. Monster pass at Stowe there!
Second place - well that one is more tricky - I'm tempted to give it to Alonso for again outperforming the car - as well as giving us that great battle with Vettel. He did make that mistake at the start though. Still, I'll give it to Danny Boy - for superb tyre management. Kudos to the Hamster. I suppose he did deserve some good luck - especially after his qualifying debacle. A shame that it was made a little too easy for him with Nico dropping out. Great drive from Jenson to 4th - in clearly still not that good of a car. Even though the upgrades did help out at Silverstone. Special mention to Vettel as well. He was on the wrong strategy - but I do have to credit him for his battle with Alonso. |

Hamilton won, Button and Alonso got the best they possibly could, and Bottas was just ace. Nobody else could possibly get a vote. Unless it's Esteban Gutierrez...

There are several honorable mentions in this race, but I gave it to Bottas for charging through the bulk of the field to finish second. I also want to give nods to Hamilton for salvaging the weekend and to Alonso for a heroic drive.

Bottas. Just. Alonso was probably in an inferior car to Bottas in his charge, which included some very tough battles and a stop-and-go.
Still have to give it to Bottas for making it look so incredibly easy. On another day though, Alonso would have been driver of the race. Honourable mentions to Ricciardo and Hamilton. |

Alonso for me for providing such epic entertainment!
Bottas was in a car second only to the Merc for speed and he made the most of it. SFW better get his contract sealed for the next few years because I can see Valtteri being in massive demand before long. |

Great drive by Bottas, but driver of the race for me was Alonso. Kept ahead of a much faster car by massive bravery and some guile for much longer than I expected.

Hamilton or Bottas. Kudos to Ricciardo for once again beating his team-mate. Also it's good to see Button up there.
I went for Hamilton in the end. |

Massa, for having the reactions to avoid t-boning Kimi and thereby avoiding serious injury or worse to both !

Alonso. Even though Bottas made up even more positions, I think Alonso had to work harder for it. Some superb overtaking actions (just like Bottas, but imo he had better tools at hand)
