burns won in his subaru from colin mcrae and marcus gronholm.....tommi makinen came 8th

burns is all of a sudden back in the championship hunt

=1. makinen/mcrae 40
2. burns 31

Burns winning is good for the Subaru team!

I've edited my post to make a correction: Gronholm was not 3rd, he was in fact given a 10 second penalty for jumping the start on the last stage. So it's Rovanpera 3rd, Sainz 4th, and Gronholm only 5th!

Looks like it'll be going down to the Rally of Great Britain again. Always good to see a championship going down to the wire, especially with 2 Brits involved!!

The way the champpionship is at the moment, even if the champion has already been crowned before the rally GB, there will be something to watch for further down the order!!
