Excellent day of racing although I doubt the drivers of the 35 cars in the Open series would agree.

Ah, I knew they'd be very close to the curfew - I was monitoring the results on TSL live timing - as the Future Classics was running slightly late, and was cut back to 30 mins from the scheduled 40, but starting after 6 was never going to allow enough time for clearance and a restart after a red flag.......

A good weekend's racing from all concerned although shortening those 40 min/pit stop races would have been better to ensure the completion of the programme on Saturday. At least the weather played ball and the viewing at Combe is always great

One of the few circuits in the country where the only advantage of media accreditation is a lower PoV on certain parts of the circuit as there is NO going between the armco and fencing like everywhere else. So quite a challenge to line the lens up with the centre of the chain link gap.
That will do, for here (sorry - photo overload) 'if' you fancy putting your feet up and switching the slideshow on whilst your drinking your tea / coffee the gallery's are: SATURDAY SUNDAY Thank you for looking, .DAVID. |

You are not the first, or last, to comment about CC insisting on staying behind debris fences. As a mere snapper I do envy you the angles at Tower and Westway that you still have. Good to see you wielding the big dog on Saturday, quite a weapon
A batch of shots taken in morning qualifying while wandering from Hammerdown to Quarry and back. Spent the races at Tower just watching the racing |

Really nice set, who needs accreditation ehh!
Did we speak? sorry I normally try to strike up conversation - only because it pi**es off a lot of the other accredited photographers who think it beneath them lol. Yes the 'beast' certainly gave me a work out, felt it yesterday for sure .DAVID. |
