It seems Mr btcc has been doing his research, as Viso was 4th fastest at the last test at Brands. |

Times from the fourth and final session:
1) Jamie Green 44.896 2) Mark McLoughlin +0.025 3) Will Davison +0.292 4) Alex Lloyd +0.337 5) Keith Dempsey +0.436 Combined times: 1) Jamie Green 44.896 2) Mark McLoughlin +0.025 3) Robin Rudholm +0.218 4) Will Davison +0.292 5) Alex Lloyd +0.337 22 within a second An interesting result, and therefore a low scoring round. Jonny Apex was closest to how many would be within a second, but the award of the day goes to MrTTRaces, who scored the first ever bonus point for predicting the right lap time to the nearest one hundredth of a second (he was just 0.004 seconds off!) pb btcc was also very close, but no point there I'm afraid, which means he becomes the first person ever to get 0. And Viso wasn't such a bad guess, he ended up 6th fastest. Scores are: MrTTRaces 3 * Jonny Apex/bella/Tallie 2 Paul Rayner/kbudden 1 pb btcc 0 * - includes bonus point Last edited by Paul Rayner; 10 Jun 2002 at 16:35. |

So if Mr TT Races gets a point for almost but not quite guessing accurately the fastest lap, why don't I get a bonus point for almost but not quite guessing how many would be within a second? I said 21. It was 22. I deserve a bonus point. Me me me!

to bad you lose
*speech* "for sure it was a great close competion but in the end i had a better stratagy and managed to hold out for the win. Bella, apex and tallie all pushed hard in the closing stages but i managed to hold on. Hopefully this is the first of many wins" On a lighter note.... the formula i used to come up with the winning prediction, if i find it and bottle it do you think it would work on women , fast cars and jobs that require no effort for lots of money just a thourght... |

Didn't you say that you came last in the last few tests, MrTTRaces?
As for bonus points, Mr Apex, it's been clearly said in previous threads that you get a bonus point for getting the lap time to the nearest tenth (on checking back I now realise that pb btcc does also score a point, I'll admit defeat there), and that the how many within a second is just a non-points scoring tie break for personal merit. So ner As for bella, no points for willpower. Isn't it great that they made an "automatic argument winning smily?" Last edited by Paul Rayner; 10 Jun 2002 at 18:50. |

in fact, show me yours, and i just might show you mine. rayner: why so surprised at stoddart being so quick. she is one quick bonnie lass. and a bit of a cutey-pie, too. hips, t*ts, lips, power, as the record goes (two bonus points to whoever can tell me sang it). |

And for the record, the song's by Pigface. It should be more bonus points, as I needed to put "t*ts" into a search engine to find that one out. My musical knowledge isn't that varied. Or strange... |
