freud has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
A picture says a thousand words...

Jerez 1997... Just a few minutes ago, he has driven into the Williams Renault of Jacques Villeneuve to take him out of the race. He walks upto a small wall situated beside the corner and stands on it to watch the damage on Jacques Villeneuve's car.

This is one of my favorite pictures.. Timeless moment in history.

How about a pic of Senna wacking Eddie on the back of his head - that would be another priceless moment.

I also remember clearly hte time when Piquet lashed out with his foot at an opponent after he was run off the circuit.

Darn - where are these historic guys when we need them?

And the Piquet vs. Salazar was in Hockenheim 1982...
with the story know later that the BMW was going to expire had not Salazar crashed with Piquet...

Thus, Salazar avoided BMW's embarassment at home!

pics of the crash:

What I heard happened in the Piquet incident was that Salazar took Piquet off, Piquet punched Salazar. Latter Piquet was told that his engine was not going to make the end of the race. Piquet called/faxed(?) and thanked Salazar for his actions as it saved BMW from some embarisment.

I like the Eddie Irvine quote about Jerez 97:
"If I had been in his place I would have done the same, but I would've done a better job of it!"

Well, Eddie only once was in position, but he almost got lapped by Mika...

As far as PDLR well, you can see, he's #1 according to Eddie's standard!

AND we would have to see de la Rosa in a Ferrari...

WoW, Jordi! Thanks for the pic (Piquet KO)...

I am looking to download the whole episode of Schumacher walking over to Mclaren pits (Spa 1998) to have a word with DC. If anyone knows the link of an mpeg, please post. Also if someone has the exact text of the words that were exchanged between Schumacher and Coulthard???

Two of the exact sentences I know:

TGF: "You tried to kill me! You tried to kill me!"

DC: "You're an animal. You are nothing but an animal."

Thanks Liz.

Yes I remember now, TGFce did said those words. And as far as DC is concerned he said:

"F**k off! You're an animal, U f*****g -----(cant comprehend). You are nothing but an animal. F*****g ---- (cant comprehend)"

It would be great if someone has the audio.
