DTM vs ST vs V8 transporters?
I'm curious. In real life, are the TRANSPORTERS for these 3 series all the same in size? I ask b/c I have a 1/43 scale DTM transporter (made by LbS) as well as a V8 Supercar transporter (Classic Carlectables). The DTM transporter seems to be significantly taller and longer!
If there was a size difference in real life, I would have thought the V8 Supercar transporter would be larger than their DTM/ST counterparts b/c of the smaller/crowded European roads?? Or all the DTM transporters larger b/c the DTM had bigger budgets than all the other series? Thanks ahead. |

I would think they would make the transporters a sufficient size to accomodate the cars if anything.

My thread is probably gonna get moved, but basically, my question about the real life transporters/racecars arose from the models I recently bought. The LBS 1/43 transporter looks like a different scale (1/40??) than the matching 1/43 C-Class model I am putting beside it!!
