Richard Young should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Kirkistown

I would just like to thank all those BRDC Historic Sports Car people who took the trouble to come and play with us at Kirkistown last Saturday.
I hope you enjoyed it. We certainly did, despite the worsening weather, and would love to have you back next year if you can make it.Thanks, too, to the Historic FJ brigade who were with us in April. Between you, you have made our year !
Thank you gentlemen.
And a quick note to Simon Drabble.....I presume your licence caught up with you in time for Donington !

thanks Richard for all your hospitality - if you can keep the rain at bay I would love to come back as I am peeved with myself for spinning on abt the penultimate lap and giving away 6th! Especially when I see that i would have made Autosport if I had kept my position!!!!
I picked my licence and Lotus up from a layby on the M3 on Sunday morning, Peter and his brother had driven through the night to get it back in time so many thanks to them to!
I cant seem to get away from Ivor Miller -I raced against him at Donington - I dont think I have seen him race the same car twice!
Richard what about putting on a completely historic racday next time?

I keep ordering good weather for race days, but delivery is so uncertain in these latitudes ! Sometimes we win.....
Re: Historic Race Day. This is something I would love to do if we can find a date that's suitable for all. As you know there are so many historic events on the calendar these days. Can you think of any other classes who might care to join ?
