Who do you like at Pike's Peak?
Think about this one....
A 1 mile oval with 10 degree banks.... I like a G-Force chassis here....Tomas Scheckter will get his fist win, or Gil deferran will get back on track after last weekend's troubles.... Your thoughts??? |

This is hard... I wish Gil would win but I'm going to say Kenny Brack. He's going to win some time soon, and he knows this track... I think he even won there. I wouldn't be surprised if Scheckter dominates the race though. He won last year at Michigan by the way, or did you just mean get his first win this season?

IN the only shot oval they run up until now, the winner was Tony Kanaan; well I hope he'll repeat his victory: after two podiums in a row, I think it's the time for him to give a mark to the standings.
Anyways i agree that Scheckter, once he divorces from the outside wall has to be considered the prime candidate to win Last edited by climb; 11 Jun 2003 at 06:36. |

Only if Vitor steals a Toyota or Honda engine from somebody...although on a short oval, getting good restarts to pas people and defending your position can help you move up in the field the way Sam Hornish did at Indy...

I will pick an energized little Al, but De Ferran is very good on such an oval.

I'll guess Scott Dixon to get his season back on track with victory.

I was going to say Herta (), but Dario is back. I guess a 5th place in his car at Texas got the Scotsman off the IRL (injured reserve list) a wee bit quicker. Nobody wants to be the guy taking a day off so Joe Dimagio can play your spot for the next ten years!
So I'm going back to my favorite ... Tomas Scheckter Unless of course they let Sam Hornish have a Cosworth "Chevy" to compete against the Illmor "Honda" (... I'll still go with Herta, but for CART at Laguna Seca ) Having too much fun with these icons this morning |

I would love to see Tony Kanaan winning, but my bet is on Scott Dixon.
Cheers, Muzza |
