How is the Aussie doing at Surfers? Where do you think he'll finish?

For what i´ve seen, he´s last at the moment, but I think he can have a good race, we have to wait to the pole qualifing. I think he can finish top 15, but maybe it wont happen.

He was getting cleaner and more consistant on everylap, and we were all very impreesed when he made it into 5th...the drowd went off! Sadly it turned to depression shortly after....you get that...

He was all over Gugelmin, but locked a brake in front of us (Northern Esses) and nearly hit the wall....other than that, outstanding.....Jason we're proud of you!

He obviously deserves a full time drive. Give him the one with Oriol Servias before this bunch sneak out of town.

I was dismayed to hear the Nattering Ninnies continue to babble about som other pilote altogether as Bright was climbing out of his car and conceding his race ... but when they did finally get round to him he was articulate and cheerful and had a great smile - and we need more accents like that in CART as well.

I say sign him up. Well done Jason!

Garcia had an absolute shocker....he was getting slower and slower, and I'm not sure if you know, but on race morning they wanted to put Memo in the car...but he declined...

Jason in hindsight was brilliant. Ok, without the strategy, he wouldnt have been up there, but he would have easily been in the points and in the battle at the finish. Consdiering he has had one test session, and most of the practice session have been in the wet, he did exceptionally.

Jason Bright did magnificently well, and I'm not just saying that cos I got to interview him (btw, interview will be at v8sp10.nectar.com.au shortly).

Strategy is a huge part of CART, that is how Fernandez did what he did. It should have been a top 6 finish for Brighty as he didn't need to stop again, but as this is racing these things can happen. Still an excellent run and he was improving the whole weekend.

Great race, great weekend, and Jason made it along with Paul. There's something about Canadians and Australians but I may be reading too much into this...

Well done Jason, but what of Scott Dixon (bloody New Zealanders)

What an amazing weekend for brighty..i guess his worth has jumped in leaps and bounds after his great effort and hopefully this will make a team sit up and take notice and give him a shot next year.
we here in Oz knew he had what it takes to be a top driver but i must admit in the race itself he done an even better job than i thought he would just because of his lack of experience..but I was glad to see him prove me wrong and was a bit disappointed at how his race ended ..but thats racin i guess.

Well done Jason you did our nation proud

Valve Bounce has been held in scrutiny for further testing
As Ricky Ricardo said: Don't count your bridges before you cross your chickens. Someone should tell Jason's Dad!!
