Clipsal - Nations Cup
According to AA, (read at your own caution) that Terry Little has entered the BMW M3 GTR and the Porsche 911 GT3 RS for the Adelaide race. Great news as I thought we might be missing the BMW this year. I was just wondering if anyone else new of any other entries for the Clipsal round?
Also does anyone know of any info regarding driver Lucio Cesario who may be in the 360 GT in Adelaide. A elder mate of mine briefly said he was quite a sensation many a few years ago. Is anyone aware of what he's been doing lately. I really hope the 3 pronged Little attack all make it the grid come Adelaide. |

Lucio Cesario has donald ducked 2 race cars at Bathurst (a Moffat Rx7 & Bondy's Caltex Alfa 75), made a comeback to F3, and discovered the fire wasnt there any more....
Wonder what has changed.... That these 2 cars are entered does not mean they will appear. The only car I would love to see is the 550... |

I reckon Lucio would be a sensation in a well prepared Ferrari. It has been around 4 years since he last drove i think.

The 550 is already here, in the Melbourne workshops of Maranello Motorsport (MCR).... needs a repaint in Marlboro red, but the beast is ready to take on the Monaro and Lambo threats

Lucio was the gun driver in F2 in the early eighties. He even drove for the Lancia team in Europe. Nice to see him have a steer.

According to AA GRM are interested in running another Monaro later in the year.
Cesario is one of the lost talents in Australian Motorsport (well, one of many i suppose you could say). Labelled as a crasher after the Moffat Mazda incident at Bathurst 1982 practice, though going by an old interview in AMR+GT (Australian Motor Racing & GT), there was much more to the story. |

I think it will be only one car entered. It's just that which car they are entering hasn't been decided. Look at the number of each entry.

In a matter of weeks, we've gone from 1 mosler, to zero, to three!!!
Wow. Did Rupprecht send their Konica entry forms to Procar by mistake? |

I'm not sure what car they are entering, but they must have a choice of a Group 1 and Group 2 car.

Just hope they get one out. Rupprecht are a good team of guys. Coopers sponsorship appears on the entry list - that would be great, and would open up some interesting driver opportunities.
Dale would surely have to move to Adelaide if he drives for both Dynamik and Rupprecht!!! Next he'll drive for BRM in F3. LOL. |

Well Mosler not in for Adelaide but things look up for the rest of the season. only 1 Brock Monaro and 1 Lambo.
However as written in MN ( I think) Algadri will be running in the Porsche GT3 RS, what happened to business commitments. Also apparently a driver has been found for the big BMW M3 GTR. This will definately be one to watch. |

So what 00 XR8. I don't think Ross has any real say over regulations.
Ross would not favour one car over another. He is putting his money into this series, why would he want to harm the series. Plenty of other cars in the series have concessions to make it a competitive series. In saying that this year will have to be the year this series comes of age or it might be too late. Some decisions regarding vehicle eligibility are a bit strange, and could be better. Hopefully the new board is looking at all of this and some sensible decisions will be made.(I'm not only talking NC here) |

The new board seems to have big potential and I hope they can deliver.
Do we have any news regarding the David Stevens Porsche GT2 How the building of the car is going/has gone, any testing or anything. As this is the first inisght to how JR will go when he steps into the series near the end of the year |
