Excellent result for Dave, the new car obviously ran well, good to see a winning return for him.
Did all the cars survive the day intact? Looking at the results it seems that a few of the drivers had problems (Boak, Buckmaster, Dresser, Grant) anybody know any details? |

Boak wasnt at the meeting (which was a shame)and i couldnt hear the commentator when he was talking about him. Buckmaster i think just had a little crash didnt look too serious. Dresser has a few problems but got out for the 3rd heat and looked very fast, but obviously only set 1 qualifying time. I seem to remember Grant having a big dent in his bumper after a spin, again didnt look too serious.
The only other car i can think had any problems was Des, the car seemed to be running well early on but he pulled off in the third heat i think, maybe it will be on his website as he seems to keep it quite up to date. |

Forgot to mention it earlier but it's good to see the BRDA getting some praise on here for a well run event.
Hopefully none of the problems people had were too serious, should be a good set of grids for the next BRDA round. Next up though is the Lydden BTRDA round on the 11th of July..... |

Cant praise the BRDA enough after this event, very smoothly run and a great track for the viewing public. Just a bit of a shame that not many people were there to view it. Seemed a very low attendance unless everyone was hiding behind the grass mounds.

As for the apparent low attendance, for the last couple of weeks there has been no fixtures at all listed on the Croft Circuit web site. |

its a pity that they run the super cars only 3 at a time for the heats

It's a totally justified reason 3+3 is normal in rallycross unless you have a bigger entry in supercars. Why don't you spectators, contributers try your hand on the other side of the fence,ie marshalling. You will all be welcome.

Stephen H,
Apparantly the BRDA were in charge of the promotion of the event. Apart from MN and 1 local paper, I saw nothing! |
