Marko had some porblems with his budget and he even considered FRenault! According Toivo Asmer (Markos father) David Hayle (HiTech boss) put his own money on Markos drive. SudAm champion(?) Danilo Dirani wanted that seat too and he had more money than Marko, but Hayle thought Asmer still has more talent.
"I wanted the best driver" Said Hayle "Marko is our number one. I expect first places from all the races and also in the championship." Asmers also talked to RRR and they promised to get third car on track if Marko mages to get enough money (Kimi Räikkönen told this to the Finnish press too) but RRR wanted 420 000-430 000£ and that was too much. Asmers also thought RRR couldn't consentrate enought on three cars at once. HiTech was significently cheaper. Toivo Asmer thinks that HiTech is the top team in BritF3 because Trevor Carlin considerstes on F1 and took some mechanics and engineers to Jordan with him. This all is bad translation of ringrada.ee news froms Estonian to Finnish (by my sister) to English (by my self) p.s. Sorry for my English. One lager too much :P |

hmmm...so Asmer should win all races and the title this year?
Doubt he'll live up to the expectations by his team

Hmm... Maybe some kind of translation error at some point but I think Hayle said he wants to see Marko fighting for podium in all of the races and top place in championship... Can't say. Too much translations. (I think Hayle told his opinion to Estonian press in English, and it was translated to Estonian. And then to Finnish and after that to English again. Cofusing indeed. I shouldn't think things that hard)
