Britcar 24hr 2005
Just booked my ticket
Anyone else going to this event? There seems very little information for something as big as this! |

Yep, regularly. Unless your actually competing it does not give much away. I am suprised Silverstone Website has nothing about the event, apart from the dates it takes place.

Have you tried the BRSCC website as they are the organising club and not the BRDC?

There's so little on it the BRSCC-HQ website doesn't even have it listed on the Calendars page! BRSCC-Mid has it on the calendar, but nothing else.
It's a shame as it should be a big event. I wish there was more info on it by now, a draft timetable surely has been created by now, if only we knew where to find it. Much talked about, not much publicised is probably the best wy to describe it at the minute. Oh, and in answer to the original question, yes, I'll be there. I've been at the 2CV 24hours for the past 2 years, and I'm keen to lend my support to this new venture aswell. Pretty keen to see what's going on too... |

I think you will find that the BRSCC have relatively little to do with the pre-event organisation, but rather they help more fundamentally on the race weekend itself. I think that the EERC do a lot of the work in advance of the meeting.
