Hiring lenses

Anyone here regularly (or irregularly) hire lenses? Just wondering what sort of cost I'd be looking at for, say, a Canon 300/2.8 L for a weekend.

TIA

Thanks James. That gives me a ball-park figure - and it looks pretty reasonable. I'm in Nottingham so I'll give Calumet a ring on Monday to see if they're a similar sort of price.

Rental price may be reasonable, but don't forget the deposit (usually the full replacement price of the kit).

Yeah, just read the Calumet T&Cs. I don't think my credit card credit limit is high enough to hire a 300/2.8. Bah!

Apparently Calumet London will send stuff out to their branches for collection there but after paying for the shipping, it gets a bit prohibitively expensive - well, for me.
