Your fantasy single seater series

Having seen the fantasy touring car series thread, here's a single seaters one. So here's mine. Post yours

Grand Prix 3 (something to act as a feeder series to GP2)

Yes, it's a one make series.
Formula 3 specification chassis all by Lola or Reynard (if they still exist).
Two litre turbocharged petrol engine directly from Opel Astra Twintop in a low state of tune.
Rounds with F1 races in Europe (not including turkey) and standalones at Mondello Park and Estoril.

Grand Prix 3 International

Different makers that be elected as one-make in regional divisions. Chassis makers could be Dallara, Lola, Dome, Ligier, Tatuus or others from local series (i.e. Berta in South American division).
Divisions: European (Northern, Southern and Eastern), American (Northern and Southern) and Australasian-African (South African, Asian and Australian).

Each region have separate championships, and at the end of the year are the international events where the best parts of the three divisions does the International Final Heats of the year, disposed at Zandvoort, Macau and a 3rd alternate place (Spa, Dubai, Kyalami, Interlagos), where is defined the International Champion.

Formula Premier International (FPI)

General ideas:

Free chassis, powered by 3-0 litre engines V8, V10 or V12 (depending on choice?

Choice is either Dallara, Lola, G Force, Tatuus and new marques reformed using the Reynard, Ralt and March names.

Car Manufacturer input limited to designing and building engines then must supply (sell them) to minimum of 2 teams but can sponsor the team.

Engines limited to 13000 rpm

Car design is free although cars can have an airbox type engine cover, must have a drooping front nose section simple tea tray rear wings and no silly aerodynamic aids all over the car!

Cars must use slick tyres (fatter rear than front although actual track or width of car must be same (for aesthetic reasons!).

Upto 20 teams permitted to register. Each teams driver line up must be made up of one less experienced driver to stop renta drivers monpolising seats.

Nominated only testing events pre season and during season.

15 meetings (2 championship points qualifiying rounds per meeting)

Meeting will consist of 1 free practice session, 2 qualifiying sessions and a qualifying race for 30 car starting grid and then a top 10 run off for 'super pole.'

Race 1 will be a 25 lapper start to finish. Race 2 will be a 50 lapper with compulsory pit stop for tyre change. Tyres will have a coloured sticker on them so that viewers can tell more who's pitted.

Any driver/team seen to have a regular advantage over the others will be investigated by the stewards and 'remedial' action taken if that combo is seen to be ruining the spectacle!!

Please add/amend anything if you like folks!!
