Valve supplier
I'm modifying a '35 Riley 12/4 and want to explore just what valves are on offer and what can be squeezed into the head. Does anyone know of a manufacturer/ supplier who has a catalogue so that I might trawl through and find something suitable?
I know, I could copy what all the other similarly mod'ed engines have done, but where's the challenge in that!?! Cheers, Paul |

Although buying suitable valves is the easiest solution(if you can find any) if you want a challenge you can always make your own . Buy some bigger ones and using a lathe make them to what size you want . Also make guides to suit. You can buy std car valves a lot cheaper than some of the "specialist" if you shop around.
You did say you wanted a challenge didn't you !! Last edited by GORDON STREETER; 13 Mar 2007 at 23:18. |

ah yes G&S made my valves for me, very good, although I had to order 5 sets to get a sensible price, and wait 8 weeks
