We got ours on Friday - you're not on the list, so it might be worth contacting Alistair.

It's a BRSCC meeting, so Alistair's in charge of tickets - Margaret does BARC.

ah ok.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Alistair if i can be in Race control, as i'm recovering from an op yesterday, so theres no way i can be on the bank, but i dont wanna miss the day.

Emailed Dave who said he'd pass the query on.

guessing with the tickets theres been a mix up asd iv got 2 for me, 2 for Lady S, and a doubling with our surname spelt differently.

Mine arrived yesterday

My first day on the bank, looking forward to it after watching from the other side of the fence for a few years and rally / sprint marshalling with AN other club from a town near to Oulton

See you all there, I'll be one of those in very bright probans, and expect the usual ribbing and the ceremonial dragging through the gravel

Think something has got wrong with the volunteering system then as I filled the form in and submitted on the day it became available.

Spoken to Alistair and he is trying to sort out something for Saturday but has no tickets left.

Thanks for sharing that info.

Ah well, if no tickets left I assume they have more than enough in orange to cover.

Not a good assumption to make the CM will request the number of tickets they require to cover the number of volunteers. but that doen't always meen there are enough volunteers put there name down.

If you become available at short notice it is always a good idea to contact the CM as they will endevour to get you in as in my case this weekend.

I have a spare if it can be of any use!

LS - Send a PM to Flying Muppet, (Chief Observer) and see if you can get a post with me! If so, make sure you bring a well-sharpened pencil!

Alistair (brsccnw) is the one to contact for this, however, we do have two spare tickets so if Alistair has run out pm Dave about using our spare(s) and we can come to some arrrangement.
