Copse.

Help me out here folks.

In the F1 forum there's lots of talk about the two overtaking moves at Copse during the British GP.

Now, I've suggested that in all the years that the GP has been at Silverstone, Copse has been largely unchanged (except for a few years in the mid nineties and of course before 1953(?)) and as such I don't recall ever seeing the lead change at that corner. The main reason for this is that Copse is basically a dab on the brakes and then flat out until Maggots, a configuration which doesn't lend itself to overtaking.

Now I could be wrong here so how about giving me some ammo or shooting me down?

I think you'll find that the picture shows the "mid 90's" configuration. Its been opened out again since then.
